As a local counseling practice operating in Bell County, the team at New Day ECS would like to offer free support groups and counseling sessions to those parents, students, and staff affected by these local school tragedies. We want to create a space where you or your loved one can feel safe to share and process this difficult time.

Groups and individual sessions will include topics like

• Grief and loss
• Processing trauma/tragedy
• Stress management
• Safe coping skills
• Family safety planning
• Parenting in Times of Crisis
• Topics catered to your specific situation.

Below are the following services we will be offering: 

• Saturday Support Groups 9-11am (Starting March 22nd – TBD) 
  • 3 minimum, and 15 maximum participants per group 
  • Additional groups may be offered, updates will be posted here and on our Facebook page
• 3 – 6 Free Individual Therapy Sessions (This offer is valid to redeem until April 1st, 2025)
  • Availability permitting
