PHILOSOPHY

I value teaching and mentoring as vital components of my work. Inspiring and trusted mentors throughout my career have helped me to navigate my own personal and professional growth. I embrace the opportunity to “pay it forward” to my supervisees, the community, and the social work community.

I am passionate about empowering each person on their own personal and professional journey. It is important that you find a supervisor that is a good fit for both of you. Your supervision experience will be one the most impactful experiences you will have; my goal is for you to have the support, skills, networking, training, and experience to become a confident professional, making a difference in the lives of others.
