Misty Neader is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who helps people in the justice system facing mental health challenges and substance use issues. Misty believes that everyone deserves respect and support, regardless of their past, and focuses on helping people build on their strengths to create a better future.

Misty earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from Simmons University 2025 after studying criminal justice at Texas State University. Using a trauma-informed lens, Misty understands how experiences like abuse, neglect, or violence can impact a person’s emotions and behavior. By using a harm reduction approach, they provide non-judgmental support that prioritizes safety, dignity, and health.

As a strong advocate for social justice, Misty works to improve policies, expand healthcare access, and strengthen community support systems.Misty strongly believes that healing happens in communities and that no one should have to recover alone. Their work is rooted in the belief that everyone—regardless of their past—deserves the opportunity to rebuild their life with dignity and support of a compassionate and understanding society.
